To use JAWS with Citrix, you need to have JAWS installed on the Citrix
server as well as the client machine. You also need your JAWS version to
be licenced for remote access.
Although I manage the Remedy back-end database, I have never bothered to
try accessing the front-end, so don't have an
-users.com

It is my understanding that there is a way to have JAWS work when using a
Cytrix based system. Unfortunately, I do not know the details, but I would
guess that others on this list do know. As far as Remedy
