I have a very strange problem with Firefox. Earlier today, I was using Firefox 18 to browse the CVS.com site because it is apparently no longer accessible using IE 8 with XP. But when I closed Firefox 18 and relaunched it, I discovered that I now had Firefox 24, not Firefox 18. I didn't click on any check boxes or buttons to install the latest version of Firefox, it somehow installed itself over Firefox 18 surreptitiously. I attempted to import my favorites from IE 8 into Firefox 24, but for some reason, only the first 288 out of the 461 total favorites from IE 8 were imported into FF 24. In other words, only a partial list of IE favorites, from A through M was imported into the FF 24 Bookmarks list. The rest of the favorites, from N through Z were apparently omitted. How can I get a complete list of all my IE 8 favorites from A to Z into FF 24? . Thanks for any help.
