Just thought I would let people know that Firefox is working well with Jaws 15. If you have been wanting to try Firefox or upgrade it now is the time to go for it. I had upgraded to the latest Firefox when I still had Jaws 14 and it very frequently would freeze and only read the title of the page. It would not close or allow any interaction. I had to restart the computer to use Firefox again. Also, the videos on Dr. Oz’s website caused it to freeze and they would not play although they worked fine with IE. Now, with Jaws 15 Firefox is working pretty well and the Oz videos play. I feel better about the security of my surfing with an updated version of Firefox. Previously I had used Firefox 15 since it worked better with earlier versions of Jaws. Just a note, I had to manually update the Good old favorites plugin so I could used synchronized favorites with IE and Firefox. Very convenient since any favorite is immediately available in both programs. I am trying to use Firefox for most Internet surfing because IE still has security issues.
