Is there any way to block an individual from a list without blocking the
complete list? Every time I have tried, I wind up blocking the complete
list and I would have to go back and unblock what I had done. Hope this
makes sense.

I don't know how to do that because if the email comes from the list and you
block the sender, the sender is the list, not the individual.

That is true, and I guess it depends on what is troublesome to you. I have
mine set on high, and I just check my junk folder daily before the inbox and
