I've observed an interesting issue with TB and JFW 18 where JFW is
flakey after closing TB with Alt+F4.
The interesting bit is that if you close TB from the file menu, Alt F,
X, JFW behaves normally.

combination and never have any strange behavior from JAWS because of it.

Agree, it's definitely weird.
After closing TB with Alt+F4, JFW stops responding to about 50% of key
presses, particularly the Win key which makes it a bit interesting to
Power Off / Restart.
This is a new install of Windows 10 with all the current updates.
Nothing much else installed but OpenB
