Hi Norma. The issue started- as far as I know- when I first tried to disconnect the Stream in the System Tray, and the Stream wouldn't eject. Now I can't eject the stream when JAWS is running. IE also crashes at other times with JAWS running (version 11 and also the previous build version

I have seen similar issues occasionally when I connect my Victor Reader Stream with the long USB cord. I am using Vista Home Premium. I avoid using the cable as much as possible and use a card reader to transfer books. Besides, the card reader is tremendously faster. Are you using the long
