My explorer crashes too sometimes. This is with JAWS 11 under Windows 7 64
bit. I don't own a Victor Reader Stream so don't know if the drivers are the
problem.

disconnect the Stream in the System Tray, and the Stream wouldn't eject. Now
I can't eject the stream when JAWS is running. IE also crashes at other

changing the explorer view to content. Seems to be more responsive than list
or the other views, and so far haven't crashed Explorer. Hope this helps.

and have been doing so in Vista without any problems. I'll probably be

Are you having this issue when you try to put the book directly on
the SD card? It may not resolve your issue, but at least you can be
reading the book with your VRS.
