HI, Geno in Portland, Maine I have used for many a year, before retiring, said head-set. In-fact still have here at my home. Just in-case if I wanted to come out of retirement. Using it with Northern New England AAA company for 15 years. I know of no program Other than the standard install and properly hooking to the phone jack and setting the head-set to the desired volume in either ear. I can tell you a walk in the park using them. Yet, if one has never used a dual feed to the ears, Referring to Customer talking, Jaws talking in the other ear. It takes a bit getting use too! Just a bit of a heads-up on that. I would be answering calls for a company and relaying information to customers so I'm most likely in need of the split headset as suggested ...... I'm still in search of what type of phone software to look for that works well with Jaws ...... Thank you for your input ......

I don't recall the model headset, but it's pretty basic. Anything with a boom mic will do. Jaws comes through both headphones along with the call.
