blind I was a hunt and peck the letter I needed. Keyboard help on helped

There has been a JAWS hotkey to unload JAWS when things go wrong since
version 8. It is JAWSKey (Insert for desktop keyboard layouts, CapsLock
for laptop) + Windows + F4. There will be no confirmation dialog.
