I have a Sony Vaio that works quite nicely with JAWS. I'm running XP, and am
not ready to try Vista yet, but that's totally a matter of prefference. I'm a
big coward when it comes to computers, and if it isn't broken, why fix it? This
computer would run Vista though.

Hi, I have an HP Compaq Presario C700 Notebook PC running Vista Home
Premium. I have JAWS 9.0.552 installed, and it's working no problem.
Occasionally Eloquence cuts out some of the sound and I have to do a
screen refresh or some other command to "wake up" the synthesizer, but
otherwise it work
