MS Outlook comes as part of a paid version of the Microsoft Office
Suite, which suite varies from country to country.
Outlook Express was free in its day, as part of the operating system,
but is now only available as an install.

I have Windows 10, JAWS 17, and Office 13. Can anyone tell me if MS Outlook is
free, or is it a purchase with Office? I currently use Windows Live Mail for my
email useage. Thanks.
