If you want to attach a file to a meage, press the Alt key to open the
ribbon tab. Then arrow across to the Insert tab. Now, tab down to the
"Attach File" item and press enter on this. You wil
save them
one at a time, or select them all and save all at once. Hope this helps.,

applications key to get the right spelling and it just told me applications
again like the attachment but did not give me anything at all.
