Make sure you have the preview payne setting the same for all identities.
This is a Jaws issue, not Outlook Express.

Thanks, Rick. Your suggestion seems to have fixed my second and third
identities. Guess what happens when I move back to the main identity. Yep,
"no links". lol, how crazy is that? Oh well, At least there is a
work-around...close and reopen OE.
