I'm trying to help someone with a problem. using JAWS 14 with Outlook 2010,
none of her contacts (over 300) appear in the address book. what does she
have to do for JAWS to see her contacts?
after she issued control+shift+b, JAWS just says contacts and suggested
contacts, but she can't even see

So now you will see the jaws users email in the to edit field.
In fact, you are placed into the subject line.
