Hi, I tried to download
Outlook express, it downloaded fine, and it acted like it installed fine.
However, when I tried to lunch, and gave me some kind of an error. Do I need to
download the Scripps first? Should I read download and try reinstalling it? I
am using a Windows 8.1 laptop, with
finish installing important files.
