Hi, I'm posting this as it explains in a bit more detail about more boxes to
uncheck to make it permanent. This worked for me for all my documents. Judy
1.Press Alt-F to open the File button
2.Press T to open Options
3.Down Arrow to Trust Center
4.Press Alt-T to activate the T

I should point out, these instructions work for outlook 2010 2013,
not for 2007.
