Interesting. When did you sign up. Once I got past the initial sign-up, I
found I was able to access online bill pay and manage my account settings
with no problems whatsoever. The registration was also accessible with a few
minor annoyances related to DHTML up until I reached the password
confirmation screen. Other than that it's very accessible.
