Why don't you just copy everything to word.
I don't think the clip board would be a good idea since when wanting to
review what you've coppied, you will not be able to use your window
navigation keys to review, an just simply a keystroke.

just in case my first message was confusing,
do the following for your 3 messages.
first message;
enter on message, select message content, and, copy to clipboard, ctrl+c
second message,
enter on message, select message content, now, append to clipboard, windows
key+c,
third
I am so sorry that Jaws didn't find a solution to appent to clipboard files
and folders, not only text.
I would be a very good thing when you want to copy files from different
folders, and after to paste all them in a place.
