[JAWS-Users] reading emails in Outlook 2016

Hi all. How do I read an email in Outlook from beginning to end in Outlook 2016? I use insert down arrow and it will only read part of the message. I'm using latest version of Jaws 2018 and the latest win 10 edition. I have also tried using control d to delete a message. The next message opens

I am using Jaws 13 on a windows 7 64 bit computer. I sometimes receive emails where the message content seems to be an image. I cannot figure out how to read the content using Jaws. I have tried using the built in jaws OCR function (insert+spacebar+o) selecting both the windows and screen option
