1. Press control plus 2 to go to calendar in Outlook 2003. 2. Navigate to the first date that you want to put your recurring appointment in. 3. Press control plus N to set up a new appointment. Put in details as normal 4. Press control plus G to set up recurrence pattern. Many options here just tab through to hear them all and select what you want. 4 Press OK 5 Press alt once then control plus tab to land on the save and close button. 6. Press enter and then you are done. I am using Jaws 9. For example I want to schedule a meting with a person to occur once a month at same time and day (second Tuesday from 10-11:00 AM PST).
