Happy Presidents Day! Lately, whenever I turn on my computer, JAWS announces "Your computer may be at risk. No firewall is turned on...". However, I have checked the Windows Firewall settings on the Control Panel, and Windows Firewall is definitely turned on. What could be triggering this s
