Hello all, I have run into something strange after uninstalling JAWS 12. After I installed JAWS 11 on my laptop, I downloaded and installed the latest update. Everything went fine. I installed JAWS 12 and it seemed to work fine. I started having my crash problems. I uninstalled JAWS 12. Everything seemed fine at this point. I went to check my version of JAWS 11 and lo and behold the update I previously installed was gone. JAWS 11 reverted back to the original version I installed from my DVD. So I am now downloading the latest update again. Has anyone else seen this type of problem? Thanks, Greg W.
