I also had this problem, and even posted the same question not too long ago,
and don't think I ever got a reply back then, but it seems to be a recurring
problem.
I didn't manage to fix it, and it will occasionally come back, however, it
seems that the problem did decline on it's own without my
JAWS-Users] Stuttering JAWS
I am using the latest version of JAWS and have experienced the same problem
with XP Home and IE 8.
