Hi,
If you are using Jaws then try using the read line keystroke Insert 8, it
works for me.

Hi, I like Winamp because it's more keyboard friendly than WMP. For
example, with Winamp you can move through a track, which you can't
easily do with WMP. Hope that helps.

I basically use winamp because I guess that's what I am used to. I like
to be able to fast forward through file and mark what I'm reading so I
can pick it up where I left off. I also have winamp set so that if I
press enter on a song it will kew it for me. I don't know how to do that
in wmp.

I think it is just a personal preference. I have used Winamp for years and
it is what I have grown accustomed to using. WMP is a good media player and
if it does what you need it to do, then by all means keep using it.
I do find that it is easier to set up play lists in

Steve,
I think that those scripts are included with Jaws. Winamp should work good
right out of the box.
I don't use Winamp to rip or burn CD's, so I can't testify as to how that
works with Jaws, but all

Hi,
Thanks for your comments, may I ask what version of Winamp you are using and
whether you are using any scripts with it?

Hello Denny, I am currently going thru some tutorials on Winamp. I am a
JAWS V 9 user. In the tutorials I read about the Winamp scripts for Jaws.
Hi,
Thanks for your comments, may I ask what version of Winamp you are using and
whether you are using any scripts with it?

I have been looking at just about every version of winamp over the last week or

tried using WMP 11 and have found it very good.
Please can somebody explain to me what I am missing by not using Winamp!
