I am running outlook 2010, windows 8.1 and jaws 16.
In the past, I have hit F9 if I wanted to pull email down from the server.
Well, when I hit F9 now, nothing happens. Is there any way I can fix this
problem? Jim

Yes that is the way it is suppose to work. Have you tried rebooting your
computer?
