Ann:
Followed your directions regarding tabbing after inserting comments and
escaping to save it and all works as it should. Thanks!

I can't duplicate the problem with JAWS 8 or JAWS 9 and Excel
2000. After adding the comment I press tab to make it stick, then
escape to get out of it. At first the cursor doesn't want to move,
but after two or three presses it does, and The spread sheet itself
isn't particularly affected.
Ann:
Using jaws 8 and office 2003. Going applications key and down to where it
says insert comment.

Hi list:
How do I go about adding a comment to a cell? Each time I go into the
editor for this feature and save my comment, Jaws starts reading my
spreadsheet as gibberish. Thank goodness I don't save the changes when this
happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Rees
