Use goto, control+g or f5, and type in the cells. If you want a5 through a10, type a5:a10; a1 through g1 would be a1:g1. a5 through a10 and a1 through g1 would be a5:a10,a1:g1 Goto doesn't move to anything, it selects. it's totally awesome! Good luck. Ann At 03:52 AM 5/25/2012, you wrote:
