I want to export Outlook 2007 contacts to use on our phones, but don't want the dozens of fields Outlook uses. I cannot figure out a keyboard way to select only the few fields I want to export- using the 'Map custom fields button'; under File, import and export, then selecting export and choosing a .csv file. The latest JAWS11 reports several different graphics- but routing JAWS and left clicking does not seem to produce the results I've experienced in similar screen situations. I also tried clearing all the field mapping and attempting to add just the fields I wanted, but could not accomplish anything this way either. I'll be most appreciative of any experiences or advice.
