Heather, I don't know about three, but I know you should have two. One is for JAWS speech volume, and another one is for JAWS sound volume if you have set JAWS to make a sound instead of announcing a control name such as buttons and edit fields. The last one ... it does not appear on my volume

I just got my computer back from having win7 reinstalled and for some reason, in my volume control three three volume options for jaws exist. However, I only have one copy of jaws, jaws11, on my computer. So just wondering why there are three volume controls? Thanks Heather For answers to

I may have described my problem wrong. I have one copy of jaws on the computer and for some reason, in the volume control, sndvol, it gives me three different volumes for jaws. Should it not only give me one? It does not give me more than one for other programs like media player or windows
