yes, but I just solved the problem, aye don't understand why it works now. Here's what I did. I hit my windows key, and tabbed to where it says Jim sub menus. then, I hit enter, and arrowed down to download folder. I then hit my applications key, and put download folder on my desk top. So,

David, the download folder on the Jim's menu is the one that came with the desk top, and the alt F etc. all work in it, only if it is opened on the desk top, not from the jim start menu. Jim -- From: David davidwhitehead1...@cogeco.ca Sent:
