Fellow Jaws users.
I have win 7 with jaws 12. Is there a way to use the mouse and have the pointer read the screen with out using the num pad?

Mouse shutting on or off

1 Windows key

2 In the search field, type in mouse

3 Arrow down once to Microsoft mouse

4 Press enter

5 Shift tab once to the list, arrow right,

or ctrl tab, to the device setting tab

6 Tab to disable the mouse

7 Press space bar to check it

8 Tab to apply if there is one, if not to OK

Now the mouse won't work on the laptop.

9 If you want to turn on the mouse

10 Do steps 1 through 5

11 Tab to enable

11 Press the space bar to check it

12 Tab to apply if there is one, if not to OK

Now your mouse will work again on the laptop

Another way to do

1 control panel

2 arrow down to mouse, enter

3 ctrl shift to device setting tab

4 tab to disable, or enable button

5 shift tab to apply press enter

6 shift tab to ok press enter
