Two issues here. First, even though I have top and bottom set to silent in quick settings in jaws v13, I still get the ding sound at the end of the email. Also, it appears when I changed speech and sound scheme to classic sometimes jaws now repeats text. I don't know what the default speech scheme is to see if that would fix the repeating text issue.
