jaws 13, when I am on a web page, x is not working to go to check boxes, c is
not working to go to combo boxes, and h is not working to jump to headings.

You might want to check the web page, because the standard html code
is not being used with those tags. They use java script for headings
and forms now. Jaws does see them just not with the out dated code
any more. Headers are a thing of the past.
