I have a sony vaio laptop with win 7 home premium. I've got outlook 2010 and jaws 14.0.1037. I can now, finally, get emails to read as they open which was a problem before. Now, my problem is a ding. I have top and bottom sounds turned off in O, but every time I hit the control d to delete an email, I get a ding. It also dings at me at totally random times! Is there a setting in jaws to stop that? It's going to drive me crazy! Thanks, Karen
