I'm still using Jaws 18 so I don't know if this is changed in Jaws 2018. However, I have noticed over the years when you perform a jaws update you also have to put back your shortcut key to bring up Jaws. I'mglad I have Jaws to start first on reboot because I would have a difficult time trying
