Looks like the USB PORT IS IN THE BOOT SEQUENCE. IF THE DRIVE HAS
ANY BOOT INFO ON IT will boot.

Like tim said, the boot order may have to be changed. which requires going
into the bios.it should actually be set to start from cd first. This setting
is recommended so that one can always start windows from cd whenever the
windows version installed should be faulty.when the computer boots it
interfering with the start-up. I can't say much beyond
that, though as I didn't ever exactly figure out what happened with my problem
either.

Hi, all
I have the following problem. My new external hard drive is not letting me
start my PC, when I want. I have to disconnect it before I re-star it or will
not do anything. Can I do something to the hard drive to prevent this?
