I experience the same problem in MS Word as well. I use GroupWise, so don't know about OE. Also, The menu/tool bars seem to get in the way, obscuring text. I didn't think that you could move the insertion point up into the tool bar area, but it appears that you can. This is even more annoying.

I am using jaws 8 and for several months I noticed that occasionally in MS word documents or while sending or replying to an email using outlook express the text on the screen gets lost. I can only hear jaws say blank blank blank as I arrow up and down. Sometimes if I unload and load jaws the te
