When I did it, I did not see a select all button, instead I just did a CTRL
A to select it all and then hit delete.

Kevin,
You need to invoke the Jaws cursor itself not the voice. To do that press
the minus button on the keyboard's number pad. Pressing the plus button
will take
the items Malwarebytes has found.

You will need to use the JAWS cursor, find one of the infected items and
right click on it then press return on select all
over and select jaws cursor voice and select apply then I
alt+tab back to malware bites

First of all many many thanks for providing the needful. I have install
successfully that. After installation I clicked on to finish button and got
everytime I complete a scan in malware bites I get a button view results and
