Another question regarding narrator. What's the keystroke to read an entire
document using narrator?

To read an entire window, click the window and then press
CTRL+SHIFT+SPACEBAR.
To get information about the current item, press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

that key stroke is, control + shift + spacebar. it will read the whole window.
