when I went to check for updates this morning I got an error message
that said there was a problem checking for updates try again and an
error number was their but I do not remember what it was so I just
closed everything off and restarted my computer and checked for updates
again and this
There is a critical update for office 2010 and I keep getting an error
trying to install.
I never encountered this before and the error is:

I did not realize that this is a vista problem. What I told you about system
restore is on an xp machine. Hope this link helps.
