Yes, this sounds like a problem with cookies. Have you tried deleting your
browsing history using this option on the IE Tools menu? You might also try
deleting cookies using CCleaner

if you are being logged on to amazon automatically
you have to log off first. then use the accessibility page and log on. then
you will get to that site.

have the same problem.
