you closed this patch the other day saying that it would be integrated into
catalina bundle 3.0.3, and added the directory for net/jndi under catalina
for the jboss-head branch.

I am using JBoss 3.0.0 version. When I tried with JMS examples that uses
the priority , it doesn't work as expected.
Following are the steps I have done. In a class used to send JMS messages
to a queue I set the priority ranging from 0 -9. I used
setJMSPriority(int) method in
jboss-head is a different branch and if that is where you are looking for the
file you won't find it yet as it has not made its way from 3.0 and it won't
be until after the 3.2beta2 release that it does.
