This problem is still there in HEAD. I did have to put a new copy of
jboss-common.jar (built from HEAD) in my /lib directory to get this
to run. But, the issue with using my IP vs. 127.0.0.1 is still there - one
works, the other doesn't.

Hmm. Don't know about this. Just tried running the remoting samples without
network and worked fine.
The only things I know about that might be related are some issues with
networking that sometimes come up when doing clustering. One is making sure
your local firewall is turned off (if you h

implementation, so I wonder how one would implement an "automatic eviction
policy" using weak/soft reference so objects are removed from the cache only
when not referenced by anybody anymore (or something like that).

there is a file in core : cms-content.zip you have to unzip under
$JBOSS_HOME/server/standard/data
that contains the default data for the cms.

Yes, I'm working on it. The idea is to implement a "general" LoginModule that
will provide hibernate users/groups/roles persistence for users that don't have
an existing implementation.
Priority right now however is the hibernate mailbox implementation, I will post
some more about that during
