I am using a PRINCIPALS table and ROLES table for users.
All is well except:
After deleting a user (principal row and related roles) from the database that
user can still login. I am using my own code to do the delete. The principal
data must be in a cache somewhere.

Any idea why? How to fix?
If I change it back to 1099 it works.
