This is not bug nor feature ;-).
It's a very simple confuse.
To decision of subj I corrected folowing lines in the entityfacade.xdt template in the
xdoclet-ejb-module-1.2.1.jar

[ejbdoclet] super failed

I fight with this problem 5 days. And I lose :-(
I try much more variant than described above.
