It is working on 1.3 without eviction policy. :-) We don't claim fully support on
JDK1.3. I can put this into the todo list for future release though.

In both FAQ and Readme, we have indicated that we have only fully tested it on JDK1.4.
JDK1.3 is not officially supported.
