It is a new test for a new feature done by Genman.
2000 messages sounds a bit stupid for a unit test.
I'd guess this is a timing issue since there
is no synchronization with the server state,
just a sleep of 1 second, hoping that all those
messages get processed in that time and the
cpu is not
