Hi,
If you use the 8.1.6 XA driver, please remember
to uncomment the xidclass line in jboss.conf, like
Paul Russo did in another mail in this thread.
With the 8.1.7 XA driver, I've heard rumors that
this shouldn't be needed anymore, but confirmation
would be nice.

Look at the tomcat-test.ear file for an example.
Putting ./lib/client.jar in your MANIFEST.MF that is inside the myjp.war
file should work. Look for "Added ./lib/client.jar to common classpath" when
deploying to make sure it is right.
Hope this helps.

I'm trying to use embedded Tomcat service with

I'm afraid you can't avoid needing proper replication.
Consider this example:
A client connects and gets routed to serverA and creates a new entity.
The same client (or another) connects and gets routed to serverB and tries
to lookup the new entity.
Ooops.
You see the problem ?

Yeah, I tried

The way we're handling it is by using the username (obtained via
getCallerPrincipal) as part of the DB query. That way if it isn't yours you
won't even see it. This depends of course on having a proper model of your
