options via configuration files instead of issuing them via cli.

I think the right configuration is to use for JBM and for the
application. Also take the latest MySQL driver (5.1.8) - there is a fix for XA.
I don't have problems with timers, but there are many transaction problems when
MDBs are very loaded. I'll try the workaround posted at JBAS-5801.

I would go look this up for you normally but I can't find the documentation on
hibernate right now.
I think HQL might have a mod operator and I think this is what you actually
want to use. I can't verify it it really exists though.
The mod operator returns the remainder so 5 mod 2 = 1 and 3

I noticed today that hibernate.org is no more... it redirects to the jBoss
site. After 15 minutes of searching I couldn't even find the download page.
Does that mean that hibernate is now a component of jBoss and no longer an
independent product? And that Hibernate would no longer support comm

We typically indicate the empty renderer in the page description file
portal-object.xml. Not sure this approach will meet your needs.

I have an enterprise application running fine under JBoss 4.2.2. I tried to
deploy it under JBoss 5.0.1, but it gives me the following error:

If one uses the API's userModule.removeUser(userID) method to remove inactive
users, will it cleanup things like customized pages, etc. that the user may

OK, I "resolved" this issue by using a /lib directory in my EAR instead of
using Class-Path entries in my MANIFEST.MF. But according to the JEE 5

Probably the easiest thing to do is just put the new jboss-remoting.jar in
