Problem solved:
The new JBoss version processes the deployment descriptor ejb-jar.xml correctly.
I found that my generation process put the ejb-name from my MappedSuperclass
into the ejb-jar.xml.
I correct this part and now it is working!!

relation or a relation which produces a relation table in the database.
Do i something wrong or is this maybe a bug?

PS: Following workaround exists: Move the field from the MappedSuperclass to
the entities.

When i try to start the same EAR file with "JBoss 4.0.5.GA + EJB3 RC9 Patch 1"
it's working fine.
Any suggestions? or is this maybe a bug?

Hello out there.
I have a problem to get my application running with JBoss 4.2.1.GA.
On startup of my applications i got an ClassNotFound-Exception, because one of
my classes are not found. This class is not existing, because i have tagged
this class with @MappedSuperclass so no Dao*-Classes ar
Is there a general way to define my own datatype mappings?
I cannot set on 250 attributes the annotations for the datatype and the length
per hand. ^^
