It is probably better to re-design just so not to use JSR 286 features

2.7 (at least) offline. Not sure if a ticket has already been opened to

The only way I found to develop with the updated TLD was to extract
portlet_2_0.tld from portal-portlet-lib.jar, rename it to portlet.tld and
include it the WAR files.
Note that the file needs to be renamed to prevent the old portlet.tld to be
automatically added to the WAR files.
